Boss Burger Norbury has no dining room and no walk-in counter. Every square foot of the site is kitchen — which means every pound goes into the food and the packaging, not the seating. You order, we fire the griddle, a rider brings it to you hot.
Delivery only, by design. Boss Burger Norbury operates as a dedicated dark kitchen: a production-only unit built for delivery orders, with no dine-in space and no passing trade. Orders come in by phone, WhatsApp, or delivery app, and go straight to the pass.
Cooked to order, every time. Nothing is pre-made or held under a heat lamp. Patties are hand-pressed and smashed fresh on the griddle when your order lands, so it reaches you as close as possible to straight-off-the-grill.
In-house, not shortcuts. Sauces, slaw, and marinades are made on site. Packaging is chosen to survive a delivery bag without turning your bun to steam.
